Installer with auto=1 - no shortcuts

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Installer with auto=1 - no shortcuts

Make installer with SFX module 9.1.0 and auto=1 in INF file. All works fine but no start menu and desktop shortcuts created.
mkgroup=1 and mkdesktop=1 are in INF.

Try setting update=0. With update=1, no shortcuts are created when overwriting an existing TC installation.
