Missing information about parameters in [LeftTabs] section

[LeftTabs] and [RightTabs] sections in wincmd.ini include information about configuration of the folder tabs of the left and right panel, respectively.

Example:
2_path=c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\
2_caption=Windows Update
2_options=1|3|1|0|0|1|0|

x_path, x_caption and x_options parameters aren't described in the Help file.

Please note that if x_path and x_caption parameters are quite understandable to the user, x_options setting has 7 subparameters that are not at all clear.
