keyboard shortcuts dose not work on Permanently deleting

I can not press "Y" for "yes" and "N" for "no" when try to permanently delete a file;

This problem exists since version 9.10, 9.0a works fine

I have tested for Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional, English version just work fine.

I can manual fix this problem by anding (&Y) for item 1454 and (&N) for item 1455 in WCMD_CHN.LNG

but this is no need for version 9.0a, please check that

Does it work if you add

to your wincmd.ini?
