Corrupted icons in 'Change button bar'

I encountered today a bug when trying to edit a button bar (not the MAIN button bar but a sub-bar).

Please look at this image. As you see one icon it is shown all over, for all buttons.
As I move the scroll-bar the icons randomly change, so next time I see another icon all over the place.
The program works ok after I click 'ok' so it is not a critical bug BUT you never know where that corruption goes.

It's a known bug:

It's actually a bug in Windows - TC releases the dll after sending the draw command, but windows seems to draw the icon delayed - and then the dll is already unloaded. I'm going to solve this in the next release by keeping the icon dlls loaded until the dialog is closed.
