I was doing a synchronize to FTP and after I was finished selecting the new files I wanted to upload, the ftp connection had timed out and TC asked me if I wanted to reconnect. After typing 'yes', a new connection was made and the upload began. So far so good....
Only after all the files were transfered I found out they were not placed in the right directories but in subdirs of the last dir of the ftp. It seems like when reconneting, TC had remembered the last directory and started to upload the files using that dir as root.
This is confirmed by the fact that after the uploads, TC refreshes the synchronize screen with the wrong destination dir, resulting in an unexpected list.
