To reproduce:
0) set IgnoreDirErrors=1 in [Configuration] section of wincmd.ini and restart Total Commander;
1) connect a removable drive (like usb stick) to a PC;
2) in TC go to some path on a removable drive;
3) disconnect a removable drive from a PC;
after drive letter will disappear from Total Commander's drive bar, for a very short time you'll see <Read error!> instead of removed drive dir content, then TC is switching away to a location it can access, like c:\ drive or a root of locked (changes allowed) tab.
