Different height of dropdown lists 32 vs. 64

It is fixed for packer plugins now, but similar issues exists also in:

MRT - Load/save settings
Change attributes - Load/save settings
Associate - All files with extension (and essentially the same "packer plugins" associate)
Split file - Bytes for file
Config - Color - Others
Config - Misc - Redefine hotkeys

Actually the values set in the dialog are the same for 32-bit and 64-bit, but they are ignored in 32-bit - it always uses 30 lines here. I will change them in 64-bit to 30 lines too.

OK, I have made the listed combobox dropdown sizes all 30 lines now in beta 3, please test.
