Vertical arrangement and F7/ Shift+F7

27.05.18 Added: F7/Shift+F7 new folder: Show dialog box over the panel where the directory will be created (32/64)

When vertical arrangement is enabled, the dialog box aligned to Left/Right not Top/Bottom to be over the panel where the directory will be created.

This should be fixed now in beta 6, please test it!

Yes, I have tested NewFolderOverPanel, it works perfect.
