AM/PM issue in Change Attributes dialog

In Change Attributes dialog, when filling the Time field with:

- "1 pm" => file time is set to 13:00:00
- "1 PM" => file time is set to 01:00:00
- "1 pM" => file time is set to 01:00:00
- "1 Pm" => file time is set to 01:00:00

I suppose this is not intentional.

Confirmed.

The same goes for:

- "12 am" => file time is set to 00:00:00
- "12 AM" => file time is set to 12:00:00
- "12 aM" => file time is set to 12:00:00
- "12 Am" => file time is set to 12:00:00

Currently only lowercase am/pm and a/p are supported. I will add support for uppercase and mixed case am/pm.

Confirmed fixed for both 1 PM/pM/Pm and 12 AM/aM/Am in TC 9.20rc2
