How to open android wifi transfer plugin link in PC version?

Is there any way to open the link in PC totalcmd? instead of browser, so we can upload to android more convenient.

Yes, you need to install my WebDAV plugin. It can scan QR code of the Android WiFi plugin with a PC Web CAM, or you can enter the displayed URL manually.
