In the archive, you will find IETotal.wcx and 7ZTotal.wcx.

7ZTotal is a patched version of IETotal, so one can use 6InstExpl.dll
and 7-ZipFar.dll simultaneously :
For 6InstExpl.dll, use IETotal.wcx / IETotal.ini
For 7-ZipFar.dll, use 7ZTotal.wcx / 7ZTotal.ini
In WinCMD.ini :
_-_=64,C:\Program Files\wincmd\WCXPlugin\IETotal.wcx
7z=64,C:\Program Files\WinCmd\WCXPlugin\7ZTotal.wcx
