I tried running this program but I see the following error (example):

Download the setup, it is include the required file and auto register it.

Currently it's support opening Wincmd.ini as param via /i=, but you can open any bar file from File> Open...

Select any extended command, "Usercmd.ini" or "Wcmd_*.mnu" category in the commands list panel not the tree panel.

Now I found it - it is in the Main Menu Editor - I looked for it in the Extended Commands Editor

The position of the Main Menu Editor is no longer remembered between sessions. It is now centered when reopened, except when opened on a second (right) screen - then it is placed against the left edge of the screen

Hi, ts4242, thank you for the tool, it works great, I update and use it often.
However, I found that it does not support some display and write certain characters such as ❤, Chinese full-width "" when editing the toolbar button, but Total Commander is supported, I don't know when it can be fixed...
