The content of help file for ini-File settings and copy/delete are different ?

CopyHugeBlockSizeOther Minimum 256 kB while Recommended values 32 kB
Recommended values: CopyBlockSize=1024, CopyHugeBlockSize=10240, CopyBlockSizeOther=128, CopyHugeBlockSizeOther=32

Fresh ini-file the values: CopyBlockSize=32, CopyBlockSizeOther=32, CopyHugeBlockSize=10240, CopyHugeBlockSizeOther=64

Recommended values and default values aren't the same. The fresh ini file values are more conservative.
