TC 2.92 beta - Porting to Android API 26

Total Commander 2.92 beta 1 for Android is available now! You can get it from the Play Store:

I had to make quite a few changes to make it work:
- set special flag to still allow to open file:// URLs
- new functions to show Media Player and file operation notifications
- new functions to install apk files
- new functions to create links in launcher

Please try the new version if you can!

I'm refering to notification channel ids:
https://developer.android.com/training/notify-user/channels

They allow a user to configure different notification types for an app. TC uses two notification types:
1. Media player notification
2. File operation notification (while TC is in the background)
