Name Column flickering on hover-in and hover-out

Not really bug, but it's annoying since it worked fine in old version without flickering.

Had some old version 8.52a (x86) (backed up) and upgraded to 9.21a (x64)
and noticed now 1st column header (in further text Name Column) is flickering.
Selected or not if we move over column headers, and if we move out of column headers, Name Column will flicker.
It doesn't matter if Name Column is selected or not, only difference here is if selected then above line flickers also.

Checked previous version 8.52a and it doesn't have flickering when I move mouse over column headers.
So I guess flickering was introduced somewhere in between.
Maybe it's combination of settings, since I've tried to replicate old version behavior and had to change a lot of settings.

I cannot reproduce that. Can you reproduce if with a clean .ini file?

Besides - what OS are you using, and what theme (Clasic, Aero, Standard) are you using?

No flickering here either - can you please give more details as petermad asked?

At least in Windows 10 there is no such flickering for me
