Directory history navigating with Shift + Mouse scroll not working

Hello,

In the earlier versions was working the shift + mouse scroll directory navigation.

I tested on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 R2 it's works properly.

I tested on Windows 10 1803 it's not working.

That's not a standard Windows function. I guess that this is part of your mouse driver.

I've never used it but can confirm that this does not work here (W10 pro 1803 x64 Logitech mouse) with TC9.21a(x64).

Yes, that feature seems to only work in the 32bit version of TC, here too (Win 7 and 10, generic MS mouse driver)

Oh, I completely forgot about that feature, seems like I added it 15 years ago, and made it work in 64-bit in 2012...

This should be fixed in Total Commander 9.22 release candidate 1, please test it!
