I am looking for a WCX Writer’s Reference.CHM instead of a .HLP file

Would it be possible to obtain the `WCX Writer’s Reference` document in CHM or even better HTML format, instead of HLP (which can’t be easily opened on Windows 10) ?

BTW I've noticed the following:

Release builds should use rather Multi-threaded (/Mt) than Multi-threaded-Debug (/Mtd) mode.

You are of course right - this is for the debug phase. The main point is that the user doesn't use "multithreaded debug dll" or "multithreaded dll" because they think that this is needed to create a dll - it is NOT. The "dll" in this option is for having the C library in an external dll, which would have to be installed separately (MSVC*.DLL).

This is the Danish version of winhlp32.exe. Can you please update to the English version for your language file addons (e.g., wcmd_win81x86_eng.zip). Thanks.
