9.21a crash when nutstore is installed

My tc will crash when nutstore(a Chinese cloud) is installed. I don't know it's a bug of tc or nutstore.

I have encountered this problem before and by searching the forum found that usershellconnect=-1 can temporarily solve this problem, but now this method is not working on win 10 1809.

It probably adds a faulty shell extension which crashes programs other than the Explorer.

Maybe you mean
useshellconnect=-1
?

You can try to find and disable its shell extension with shellexview:
