I've found this problem unpacking rar multivolume archive, if tc unpack a file between two volume of archive file name magically change name to first file extracted, i've give you an example to be more clear:
Archive name: MyArchive.partX.rar (where partX is from 1 to 10)
File in archive: From 001.mov to 007.mov
When start unpacking i see in progress bar: Extracting from MyArchive.part1.rar - Extracting file 001.mov
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part2.rar - Extracting file 001.mov
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part2.rar - Extracting file 002.mov
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part3.rar - Extracting file 001.mov (this is the wrong one, file is completely exctracted before!)
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part3.rar - Extracting file 003.mov
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part4.rar - Extracting file 001.mov (this is the wrong one, file is completely exctracted before!)
Next: Extracting from MyArchive.part4.rar - Extracting file 004.mov
.....
Hope this is clear.

You should select only part1 and all parts should be extracted without problems. That's how support for multivolume rar archives work.
