looking for winxp desktop addon: attach-to-top/rollup window

Pardon for the irrelavant TC post, but its been impoosible to find a keen audience for good advice...

I am looking for a small utility/app which would add-on (to any winxp window) a botton to attach-to-top and/or roll-up that window. I know that some desktop replacement software does this, like WindowBlinds. But it is huge and I dont need to pretty-up my desktop. I just need the functionality of the 'attach-to-top and roll-up' window effect.

Any suggestions?

I don't know what videocard you use, but the NVidia drivers (also huge ) support this.
