TC 9.50b1 (dark mode): bright extra line between menu and button bar

In dark mode an extra 1 pixel high line with the normal bright control background color is drawn between the menu bar and the button bar.

This adds a little bit distraction to the UI, especially when the button bar is hidden.

Additional suggestion: the horizontal gray lines between menu, button bar, drive buttons and folder tabs should be a little bit darker (like the color of the vertical separator inside the button bar if an empty entry is added).

Unfortunately this line is drawn by Windows - when you remove the button bar, you can see that my own less bright line is removed. So far I couldn't find a way to get rid of it. I could omit my own less bright line from the upper edge of the button bar - what do you think?

Just played a little bit with my paint program, and omitting the lower line (color $A0A0A0) would indeed look better.
Especially if the default control/menu background is set to brighter level ($101010 -> $202020).

OK, I will remove it. You can already view the look by hiding the button bar, then that extra line will not appear already in beta 1.

As I have described above, I CANNOT remove the bright line, which is drawn by Windows. I have removed the second, not so bright line below it, though.

Fix "removed the double line between menu and button bar" confirmed with TC 950b2 x64 (W10 1903).
Looks better than in previous b1.
