[solved] TC 5.9b1 - Background color in Config dialog not refreshed immediately

To reproduce:

Start with Dark mode disabled
1. Open the Color configuration dialog
2. Click the "Others:" dropwown list
3. Go to the bottom of the list and click "Background color" in the Dark mode section.
4. Change the color to for example dark gray
5. Click the Apply button - Important!
6. Set Dark Mode to "Always enabled"

Now the background of the Configuration dialog is only partially changed - see https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/darkmode2.png
After disabeling and reenabeling the Dark Mode or clocing and opening the Configuration dialog the background is OK - see https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/darkmode3.png

Tested with TC 9.5b1 x64 on Windows 10 1903 and Windows 7
