TC 9.50b1: window flash when closing Lister setup

If we open TC on the top of other window (like Google Chrome), then go to the Configure Lister dialog and close it by [x] in the top right corner, TC window fully redraws (flashes). This doesn't occur if we press [Cancel]. Other optional dialog windows, like in Plugins section, don't have this effect.
1) Open Google Chrome, say, on 3/4 screen size;
2) Open TC on the top of Chrome;
3) Go to Configuration, Options, Edit/View, Configure internal viewer...
4) Close the window using [x]. Do the same by [Cancel] button and compare.

I can confirm this but ONLY under these conditions:
1. Only in 64bit TC
2. Only if I open the "Configure Lister" dialog from a Lister window, not if I open it via "Configure" -> "Options..." -> "Edit/View" -> "Configure Internal viewer".

It seems that TC focus on its main window, before it focus on the Lister windows - and that is what gives the flash.

BTW - I don't need to have a window (like Google Chrome) open behind TC to reproduce this. But there has to be a Lister Window open to see the flashing.
