[solved] TC 9.5b1 - Extra lines below cursor: Cannot be changed in config.

Editing the new option "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Operation" -> "Extra lines below cursor:" does not work from the configuration dialog - if the number is changed it is set back to 4, when the dialog is reopened, and if the option is disabled, it can not be reenabled from the dialog (the change does not take effect).

Manually editing the ScrollingTopMargin and ScrollingBottomMargin parameters works though.

This new feature is extremely useful - but not working correctly in view mode short (Ctrl-F1). Please make it work with short mode as well. It should swap to the right column when reaching file number 3 at the bottom. The 'right' column then needs a reordering so that the former lowest file 3 is now top file 3. Then it would bring the same advantage to short as it does in view mode 'long'.
