[TC 9.50b1] mouse right click to bar MENU button

with the prev ver TC, let the main bar BARbutton to be a menu, after click it pop a menu with the bar buttons, if right click the menu button, would pop a menu with "jump to ..." etc..., but in this new ver, left click & right click both run the button.

Thanks, I can reproduce that - in dark mode it still works, in light mode it doesn't.
