Syncronize directories: junction dir is not ignored anymore with 'Empty directories' checked

In Syncronize directories window:

All junction/symlink directories are not ignored anymore when 'Empty directories' is checked, thus leading to incorrect creation of empty directories in target folder.
(SyncIgnoreJunctions=1 in ini)
