[solved] TC 9.5b4 - Menu icons, checkmarks and scroll arrows dissapearing for long menus in Dark mode

If menus in TC9.5b4 in Dark mode are longer than the screen height, icons in those menus disappear (actually they are squuezed to 3 pixels width) or checkmarks dissapear (if both checkmarks and icons are present in same menu), to reappear when the item is hovered.

Also the scroll arrow in top and bottom of the menu is not visible until hovered, and dissapear again when clicked. See: video above and https://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/longmenuscrollarrow.png

Reproducable under Windows 10 but NOT Windows 7 in both 32- and 64bit TC.

Unfortunately I can only fix it partially:
- I can fix the problem with overdrawn icons
- I can draw a dark ^ symbol in the button location
- I cannot avoid the bright button from appear, it's drawn by windows bypassing the WM_PAINT message
