I just tried to Pin To Start an application from within TC 9.22a (x64) under Windows 10 Server (v1607) and it does not work (does nothing, without any error messages). TC was NOT run as Admin.
I tried the same thing from the same folder under Explorer and it worked fine.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.

It doesn't work for older versions of TC either, so it is probably a Windows problem

It's a Windows bug - you can only pin2start if a program appears in the alphabetic start menu.
