Hello,
how can i assign synplus to open files without extension (e.g. readme) ?
I have tried to create a scheme none what will used when i press F3 -> 4 on a file without extension. But how can i set the lister to use synplus by default (switch to multimedia by default) for such files.
Best regards
Clas

icfu, why should I? I posted those three posts on three separate occasions. They are only revelant to each other on the topic of this thread.
SCHMaster, the caret I am talking about is usually a vertical bar (stick, line, palka) when you type. ConTEXT has an option to turn this vertical caret into a horizontal caret, which instead underlines the current caret position. This caret can be seen in MS-DOS/cmd.exe window.

Code: Select all

Noone besides you thinks that it is a good idea to open one posting per question. It wastes spaces, it leads to superfluous "new posting in SynPlus thread" emails, it makes the thread view more complex.icfu, why should I? I posted those three posts on three separate occasions.
To sum it up:
It looks extremely stupid. If you have three questions you need one posting and an enumaration from 1 to 3, nothing else, so that everyone can see on first sight which bugs/feature proposals you have.
Has SCHMaster answered two of your questions in two or one posting? Why do you think he did so?
Besides that:
Mouse wheel bug confirmed.

You want to have a possibility to change caret type?
I it is correct has understood?
Window procedure I do not intercept, trap do not install any hooks.

I not моггу install this reason. After switching to regular hex view, I no have possibility to trace the lister messages - SynPkus is already disabled.Mouse wheel bug confirmed.

Pardon?I not моггу install this reason.
I get the same "mouse wheel doesn't function anymore error" when switching after using IniEd. But I have no problems with EventLog viewer for example. The problem doesn't seem to be related to hex view only but the original lister view in general, scrolling in text or binary view doesn't work, too. After switching to regular hex view, I no have possibility to trace the lister messages - SynPkus is already disabled.

A lister bug then? No idea, I'll do some tests.
