ICONs have dissapeared...???

If I check the box "show hidden/system files" every program icon will change to the default windows icon for .com file. Why? I wanna see the standart icons of the programs and I wanna see both hidden and system files. What shall I do?

Configuration->Options->Display->"Show symbols to the left of the filename": All associated + EXE/Lnk (slow, 32-bit only)

should solve your problem.

2Sheepdog, no, it will not solve. "All associated + EXE/Lnk (slow, 32-bit only)" work only on non-system and non-hidden files. I.e. one file have two different icons (when it is system or hidden, and when it is non-system and non-hidden).

I usually do not bother with explanations (in help etc.) at first but with experience. So I tried to reproduce the behavior and made few tests to solve it. And it worked
