[9.50b5] Directory hotlist in Copy dialog ignores relative paths

If one have a hotlist item with relative path and tries to apply it from F5 dialog, nothing happens. I think TC should support relative paths here since it is a valid hotlist item.

It also doesn't work if the path is quoted in the Directory hotlist.

It the item in the directory hotlist points to a file (like c:\windows\bootstat.dat) - that file is erroneously considered to be a directory.
