FTP can't copy datetime when uploud from archive

When uploading a file to the server directly from the (local) archive, the date and time of the file are not copied to the server.

Confirmed added in TC 9.5b5, but with a mixup of the two choices: "Convert file names to lowercase" and "Preserve file dates" - see: https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=54979

Yes, the mixup should be fixed in beta 7. Does the upload with timestamp itself work?
