Total Commander properly shows the file names with the mix of capital and lower case letters in them, but in case the file name is all capitals it is shown with the first letter capital and the rest small. For instance, "FILENAME" is shown as "Filename". This behavior exists for ages and never bothered me until now, when I need to achieve interoperability with Linux and really need to differentiate "FILENAME" from "Filename" visually. Is there a setting to show the file names exactly as they are?

Just go to "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Display" -> "File display" and deselect: "Show old 8.3 filenames lowercase (like explorer)"
