Main menu (the three dots on the top right) > Configure > Hide files (ignore) (tip on it)

Hide files (ignore): Hide files depending on their name, either system-wide (only name given), or in specific folders only

Indeed ignore lists currently only work for local files, not for any plugins.

The ignore list is used automatically by TC to hide files.
