[9.50 x32] Configuration-Operations, groups overlap

Tested in 9.50rc2 x32; in x64 it's not reproduced (the controls are placed a little differently there).

If you open Configuration - Operations, the bottom line of the "Mouse selection mode" group is not drawn properly. Here are some screenshots:
• WinXP Classic theme
• WinXP Luna theme
• Win7, Aero theme

The two groups located below ("Selection" and "Save on exit") are 1 pixel too close to the "Mouse selection mode", so they overlap its bottom line. In Luna, the line is only 1 pixel wide, so it's almost completely hidden (except for the small piece between these two groups). In Classic and Aero, there are 2 lines forming the 3D effect: a dark one, and a light one. And the light line is hidden (again, apart from a very small portion), so only the dark line remains visible.

The dialog is packed very tight, I'm not sure what's best to do here… The "Main program" group cannot be moved higher, it's aligned with the topmost groups on the other pages. The bottommost group is already too close to the buttons, so it cannot be moved down (well, it can, but it would not look good).

I'd suggest increasing the height of the whole Settings dialog.

Under Windows XP (32bit) Luna theme, I can repoduce it
Under Windows 7 (64bit) Aero theme and Windows 8.1, I can only reproduce it in 32bit TC.
Under Window 10 I cannot reproduce it in neither 32bit nor 64bit TC

Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 is tested with standard theme (non-classic).

I'd suggest increasing the height of the whole Settings dialog.

This window is already larger than 640x480 pix, so it can be resized up even to 800x600 with no harm.

I confirm that in 9.50 final there's no more overlapping.

Windows XP with Luna theme
Windows 7 with Aero theme and Windows 8.1
