Is there a reason why TC7Z64.DLL and TC7Z.DLL are not updated to version 19.0?

Unfortunately a lot can break when compiling the newer code - last time some exported functions were missing...

I have updated both the 7zip and the tcmdlzma dlls to 19.0, please check!
The former is used for unpacking 7zip archives, the latter for ZIP files with lzma and xz compression.

I can confirm that TC7Z64.DLL , TC7Z.DLL , TCLZMA64.DLL and TCMDLZMA.DLL all are version 19.0
