The image gives me an error 404. Please fix the location.
You can try to turn off drive icons from Explorer in Configuration - Options - Icons if you get wrong icons.

The posted URL works for me with Firefox.

WinEx shows a drive from LaCie with an icon like an "external-drive-box",
TC shows an colored quadrat with an "eject"-overlay icon for usb-drives.

Please post your drive icons Total Commander settings (Configuration->Options->Icons->Show drive icons from Explorer).
Following information may be helpful too:
1. Have you inserted some other removable drives during running TC session before attaching this one with wrong icon?
2. Does restart of Total Commander make the icon of that removable drive correct?
If 'yes' is the answer to any of above questions, this may be a known problem with drive icons cached by Windows, which currently has no solution (except Total Commander restart), see viewtopic.php?f=16&t=49874

Re: Drive icon wrong interpretation: Wrong drive icon is shown (WinEx is correct)
Interesting.
I have received the following message (german language):
But everyone is already trying to clarify the case anyway ...Info
Microsoft Edge ist auf dem neuesten Stand.
Version 80.0.361.54 (Offizielles Build) (64-Bit)
Die Verwendung dieses Browsers wird durch das Open-Source-Projekt Chromium und andere Open-Source-Software ermöglicht.
...
EDIT:
On February 17th I copied the link for the image and pasted it on a new tab in Edge (on Chromium-basis) and pressed <ENTER>.
The picture was displayed correctly without error.
Then I clicked on the image link in the first post and the image was also displayed correctly.

Following information:
1. Have you inserted some other removable drives during running TC session before attaching this one with wrong icon?
No I didn't attach an additional drive during the run of TC. La Cie drive as well has been attached before starting TC.
2. Does restart of Total Commander make the icon of that removable drive correct?
No not even a Restart helps to improve the Situation.
This was and is still good with TC 9.22 but since first beta of TC 9.5 the drive Icon is displayed wrong.

It's the same problem as described here:
https://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=57649
It will be fixed in TC 9.50 RC2. It only happens
- with TC 64-bit
- when the screen scaling is NOT 100% and NOT 200%
- when using drive icons from Explorer
