Configuration > Options > Color > Define colors by file type:
When using a blue panel background the cursor position in configuration dialog is almost invisible in 64bit TC.
OK in 32bit TC: The selected line has a dotted border colored like the selected text color of the line.
In 64bit this border is solid and always in blue color (hardcoded?).

It's not hard coded, it uses a system color. 32-bit adds dotted "current file" automatically, 64-bit doesn't. I will add it myself.
