I think I found the reason. Yesterday I activated the internet-connection-sharing (ICS) again and now the problem reappeared. I've got 2 network cards in my PC, one is for my DSL modem and the second is sometimes connected to my notebook through a cross-over-cabel.
Any ideas for what options (tcp parameters, services etc.) I should look to solve this problem?
How is TC releated with this ICS stuff?

It's just a microsoft networking problem - you can't access (usually) two networks at one time. The internet is the first one and your Laptop is the second.

So as workaround: If you connect to your laptop deactivate the DSL - network card and if you want to connect to the internet deactivate the other network-card.

It is a routing problem. M$ can use only one default route. So either the route points to the internet or it points to the LAN. Ther is a solution - according to the M$ documentation. But unfortunately I never figured it out.
