Font issue cyrillic letters (Win10 "Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support")

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

I don't see any such option in TC ?
And why do you select it instead of using any approbiate font ?

The sample text uses a fixed set of ANSI characters. You also get gibberish in Chinese:

Currently I don't have a good idea how to change this so it returns usable characters in each language (even when not using a translation).

For now I will just convert the text from Ansi 1252 to UTF-8, so you will get western accents.
