TC bug or my hd bug?

I copy a file from my cdrom to my harddisk.
But its md5 checksum is always error.

The file size is 316062017(in cdrom).
I don't know how can I do now.

Or, anyone have any experience on large file copying?
Can anyone help me?

If the disk is damaged no one can help you. Try to carefully wipe the disk with soft rag (fat spots can cause errors).

You may try External tools with automatic crc check afterwards
