ICQ Scheme plugin from 2004: any new version, anybody?

Hello,

There is in a way unique plugin which handles *.scm files. These are ICQ audio schemes for older ICQ versions. Not sure ICQ still work with them.
This plugin was't updated since 2004 and unfortunately doesn't work with newer TC versions.
Maybe somebody could make it workable again? It's open source.
I've tried to contact the author, but seems he doesn't care...

Nope, I'm running 32-bit TC.
Also, just for the information: OS - Win7 (Ultimate) 32-bit.

I fixed the heap error in OpenArchive and filed a new release v2.0.1 (32-bit only due to inline assembler).

I fixed one more heap error in DeleteFiles and added 64-bit support by v2.0.2.
