TC 9.51 64-bit: FontNameTip ignored

"微软雅黑" is the Chinese name for "Microsoft YaHei". It takes effect everywhere except for the tooltip: https://i.postimg.cc/7hz3PW4j/3.png

In the screenshot, the file list display is good, also the tooltip of Windows Explorer. The tooltip of TC somehow uses the font SimSun (aka 宋体). TC 32-bit correctly shows the tooltip.

OS info: Windows 10 1909 64-bit, Simplified Chinese edition.

Yes, I tried Microsoft YaHei and Tahoma, and the tooltip font was not affected (for TC 64-bit only).
