Any clue when a new version is going to be out?

Post by *Csimbi »

Any clue when a new version is gonna come out?
The latest one (6.03a) is from April, and it is September now.
Updates used to come more frequently before.
Just wondering... Thanks...

I assumed so, so I did nt only place the link ;)

But if you're curious what @ghisler wrote besides:

That will work in next version, too! Syntax:

search for: ä|ö|ü|ß
replace with: ae|oe|ue|ss

There was a request to rename a bunch of files and replace multiple chars at once with Multi Rename Tool, what is not possible at present.

Ch. Ghisler wrote in another thread (I'm too lazy to look for it now), that the new version will probably not be out before November

And if you would have followed the thread you would have read that this is still autumn because December the 21st 13.42 MEZ is the begin of winter. ;) :P :D

No wonder why Mercedes/Audi/BMW/VW are among the very best cars around the world. It seems that Germans are too perfectionists! Everything down to the smallest detail! (Ref: "December the 21st 13.42 MEZ is the begin of winter")

Or simply (or additionally) they just have great sense of humour! :P

I would generally go for your first explanation, but for sheepdog I'll make an exception.

About the Topic:
I remember the same question being asked last year around September and Ghisler's response was something like "the new version will be released when it's finished"
8)
I can wait for that!

Perhaps you'll have to wait half a year longer - regarding the swiss export laws. ;) :P
