These two new parameters for
ListSendCommand are both missing in the LS-Plugin Guide documentation and in the distributed header files
listplug.h and
listplug.pas .

@ghisler This only is a reminder that the LS-Plugin Guide still is not up-to-date w.r.t. the new parameters of ListSendCommand.
