TC is no longer operable in special Drag-n-Drop situations (it freezes)

TC 9.50 x64 (2020-02-05) OS: Windows 7 SP1 x74

Hello Christian,

while the TC was doing an ftp transfer in the background, I was in a drag 'n drop action. I dragged a file from the left TC window to a Windows folder outside of the TC window.

While still holding down the left mouse button, TC finished the ftp transfer and displayed the dialog shown in the screenshot.
The mouse pointer was displayed normally, but I could neither close the dialog nor operate any of TC's controls. All windows belonging to TC did not react to mouse clicks.

I had to terminate the process via the task manager.

Normally the ESC key should work in this situation.
