Add Item
Type the start of a path in Command
Select one (folder or file) in the auto complete list

The window will be closed immediately (but saved).

Not confirmed. Please provide more details. How exactly do you select an Autocomplete item, mouse or keyboard? Did you try with a clean wincmd.ini? Which Windows version and architecture do you use?

I cannot confirm this either. If you select from the autocomplete list by pressing Enter on the item, maybe you accidentally press Enter twice , or you hold down Enter too long?
