IrfanView thumbnails are not working

I have IrfanView 4.54, 64bit, thumbnails work in Windows Explorer fine.
But in the newest TC (tcmd951x64) instead of image thumbnail I see IrfanView icon.
"Always show icons, never thumbnails" option in File Explorer Options is deselected.
"Get from Irfan-/Xnview for" option in TC is set to *.*.
"Re-load selected thumbnails" from context menu doesn't help.
I don't want to use OLE2 Explorer method because it's veeeery slow.

At "Options - Thumbnails" verify the entry for "Database Location" is valid.
Do you see no thumbnails for every type of graphic file or just some?

What is you setting for: "Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Edit/View" -> "Configure internal viewer" (button) -> "Multimedia" (tab) -> "Use Irfanview/Xnview to load graphics other tan BMP" -> "Path:" - is that path pointing correctly to your IrfanView installation?

@petermad thanks, it worked, but it's still kinda slow like OLE2 Explorer method and it reloads all thumbnails when I delete a file :/
