Favorites Ctrl-D jums into xlsx

ISSUE: Favorites Ctrl-D jums into *.xlsx, not on that file.

DETAILS:
When I need open the xlsx file I'm pressing:
CTRL-D,
X(xls)
backspace (to jump up from the xlsx)
Enter (to open it)

How to make this process shorter - avoid using backspace?

You want it to open that excel file?

Then goto CTRL-D -> configure > remove "cd" part from the command box.

If i use Everything search engine. Once i press enter there, it switches to TC, jumps to the file, but jumps into the content of file

You have to add the /A switch to your TC command line in the Everything configuration.
