RESOLVED The system cannot find the file specified

I'm trying to change the Settings Directly and I get this message.
The message also appears when I use the Multi-Rename Tool and 'Edit Names' with Notepad.
I tried re-installing. I'm using Windows 10, Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042
Any help most welcome!

Which Windows version do you use? Does it have notepad.exe in C:\Windows and/or C:\Windows\system32?

Yeah, I forgot I had uninstalled Notepad. It works now! Thanks Dalai!

I have the same question
I use NotePad Replacer to get SynWrite as better Notepad
but I would never come to the idea to uninstall Notepad.
